The Government of the municipality of Los Cabos is implementing the Environmental Sanitation Tax. This is a new tax that will be dedicated to the betterment of the local community. All reservations made from Sep 8, 2022 and on will be subject to pay this tax. The tax is $33.68 Mexican Pesos per room per night (~$1.70 USD depending on the exchange rate) regardless of the occupancy and will be charged at check-out on top of your paid rent. The new tax will support government investment on environmental infrastructure, sustainability practices, and safety and security, among other projects.***

The Mavila Community has a shuttle traveling between the Jacarandas gate to the Via de Lerry gate, stopping at the following intermediate points: (Jacarandas Gate, Mavila, Copala, Coronado, Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Hotel Lobby, Amakiri Botanical Garden, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Hotel Lobby, The Market, Montecristo, Vía de Lerry Gate. The vehicle has capacity for 11 passengers and operates 6 days a week (day off varies) starting at 10:00 a.m., the last service will be at 5:30 p.m., and the service will end at 6:00 p.m.. Reservations are required with the Quivira Concierge. **This service is provided by the Community's HOA and we do not control or are responsable for any changes, delays or unexpected situations caused by it.
UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town.
TAXIS are available to be called but only accept cash payments.
